An important factor in the metro system service level is the system enabling passenger information and passenger traffic control.

The control of passenger information installations is mainly provided by the central passenger traffic control dispatcher, however, the intervention of operators will be possible in each station. A CCTV system will be used to monitor passengers, and provision of information will be possible by audio announcements. A central passenger dispatcher service will receive emergency calls and requests of information from the stations.

Full-scope passenger information system will be implemented using visual, computer assisted information board with variable information contents.
