The terminal point of the metro line at Etele tér has two exits planned: one to Etele tér, the other to Örmező. The terminal will be constructed so to allow a future extension towards Budaörsi út. The reconstructed BKV bus and tram terminals have already been completed on Etele tér. The metro terminal will be located south of the MÁV railway-station building. The Volán coach terminal lies further to the south. The metro train depot is also planned to be built here.

The depot is planned to be located in a dish so that the operational noises will not disturb the nearby residents. A P+R parking lot for 1400 vehicles is planned under the BKV bus terminal on the Örmező side. An underpass will connect to the bus terminal so that buses can drive to Budaörsi Street without crossing the surface roads. Car drivers using the parking lot can also drive through this underpass.

The appearance of metro will develop Etele Square to a significant traffic junction. Everything will be together: railway, coach, metro, tram, bus. The deliberate design will ensure a tidier appearance of the square and the standard of the hitherto neglected surroundings may rise. The Etele Square may become the region's traffic, commercial and service centre.
