LEAVE YOUR HANDPRINT ON THE BOARDING FENCE AT THE MÓRICZ ZSIGMOND CIRCUS TOO!
At the beginning of September the DBR Metro Project Directorate held a highly successful two-day event at the construction site of the Keleti Railway Terminus metro station. Nearly the thousand volunteers left their green handprints on the boarding fence of the construction site of the 4th line of the metro. Today, on October 17th, the Directorate will repeat this successful event at the new site.
The DBR Metro Project Directorate kindly invites you to visit between 10.00 a.m. and 17.00 p.m. on October 17th 2008 the terminal station of tram No. 6 at the Móricz Zsigmond Circus. Here you can contribute to the shaping of the min-cityscape. In the two days of the similar event at the Keleti Railway Terminus 900 passers-by left their green handprint on the boarding fence painted white. The DBR Directorate expects the similar number of volunteers at the Móricz Zsigmond Circus. The beginning was rather promising: at 10 a.m. the pupils of the class at the grammar school were among the first to leave their handprint on the boarding fence.
The participants get the pair of rubber gloves painted green, the official color of the 4th line of the metro. The paint does not drip and it is suited to leave handprints on OSB chipboard fence in the fast and easy manner. The volunteers are also invited to sign their handprints and, considering the chilly weather, they also get the cop of hot tea.
There are also new information brochures available for the visitors introducing the metro stations at Móricz Zsigmond Circus and Bocskai Street.
The DBR Metro Project Directorate kindly invites you to attend this event until 17.00 p.m.
